Downloading the quip Smart Bush and Rewards AppUpdated 2 months ago

The quip app is available to download through the App Store and Google Play. To get started, search for “quip: Oral Care Companion”.

To log into the quip app, you will first need to complete the initial setup. You can then log in with your existing quip account credentials, or by creating a new account.

Setup Instructions

1. Open the quip app - you should be automatically directed to the home screen
2. Once on the home screen you will be prompted to allow notifications
3. You will then be prompted to allow quip to use Bluetooth — please select “OK” in order to sync your brush data
4. You will then be prompted to allow Bluetooth to accept new connections
5. You can then click through the welcome pages to be brought to the log-in screen where you can either sign into your existing quip account or create a new one if you do not yet have an account with us
6. You’ll be prompted to “Turn on location permission”
7. Select “Allow Access” to continue. After turning on location permissions, you’ll be prompted to “Start pairing”

The quip app is free to download and is compatible with most Android (13.0 devices and above with Bluetooth 5.0) or iOS smartphones (iOS 16+, Bluetooth 4.2+) or iOS smartphones (iOS 14+, Bluetooth 4.2+, iPhone 6S+).
