We always hope itâs love at first brush, (...or floss, swish, & chew) but if itâs not, thereâs no rush to send anything back before the new year!
With extended returns, any quip product (excluding quip digital Gift Cards) purchased directly from our website from November 17, 2025 to December 25, 2024 can be returned for a refund through January 31, 2026.
If you decide that youâd like to initiate a return of your quip product, please visit our self service returns portal to get started. Do not attempt to send back your quip order without contacting us first, as we cannot provide a refund for a return that has not been documented by our team.
Return postage is not included and all returns may be subjected to a handling fee which will be deducted from your return total. Before you ship, please record your personal tracking number or request a tracking receipt as we cannot issue a refund for items not delivered to our designated returns address.
