How can I skip or reschedule a subscription shipment?Updated 2 months ago

You can easily skip or reschedule your next subscription shipment at any time*.

  1. Click the green “Manage your subscriptions” button
  2. You’ll see the following options under the date of your next scheduled subscription order: 
  • Send NowThis option will cause your subscription shipment to begin processing immediately!
  • Reschedule - 1 week, 2 weeks or any date within 3 months of your scheduled processing date. Subsequent subscription orders will generate three months from your preferred date.
  • Skip - This option will skip your entire scheduled subscription shipment

*Updates can only be made to future orders. Changes will not apply to processing orders.

If you would like to reschedule multiple upcoming subscription orders, shipping to more than one address, you will need to reschedule each shipment individually.

You will receive a reminder email at least three days before your next subscription order is set to populate should you wish to log in and make any last minute changes.

We cannot cancel or edit a subscription order once an order has generated.
