How can I use my Credits?Updated 2 months ago

Credits can be used to pay for upcoming subscription orders or redeemed on a new purchase on our store site! 

To redeem a credit on a subscription:

1. Click the green “Manage Subscriptions” button on your accounts homepage
2. Scroll down until you see the “Credits” section
3. Toggle on the “Auto-apply to the next order” button
4. Any remaining balance will be charged to your payment method on file after your credit has been redeemed

To redeem a credit on a Store Order:

Once in your cart and before completing check out, any available credits will be listed below “Use Credits”. Once applied, you’ll see the discounted amount appear as a “Gift Card” in your order summary. Credits will not apply to any additional tax or shipping charges.

Heads up!

If you would like to save up your credit(s) to redeem on a Store Order, make sure you have credits toggled off so they will not automatically apply to an upcoming subscription order.

To view all available or past credits, click the “i” next to “Credits”. Credits cannot be auto applied to a Store order and will expire after one year.
