To recharge your quip Rechargeable Cordless Water Flosser, attach the Magnetic Charging Cable to the base of your flosser & plug it into a power adapter. You can refer to the LED indicator guide below to determine when your flosser has been fully charged.

LED indicator guide: 

• No Light = Dead Battery
• Solid orange = Low battery 
• Pulsing orange = Charging 
• Solid green = Fully Charged, after about 4 hours

Please note, that the built-in rechargeable battery is non-replaceable. To reduce the risk of injury or adverse events, use only the charger provided. Discontinue and contact us via chat if this product or the power supply appears damaged in any way.
