You are automatically enrolled for free by subscribing to quip refills —no separate sign-up or fee required.

How do I get a loyalty streak?

• For existing subscribers, a streak is the first refill order once the program begins.
• For new subscribers, it’s the first time a refill is fulfilled.

Maintain an active subscription to grow your streak. Canceling all subscriptions within a single account will reset your loyal streak.

What if I skip or cancel my subscription?

If you skip or reschedule a refill order, you will only earn credits once your order is processed.

You must maintain at least one active subscription to keep your credits and loyalty streak.

What if I have multiple subscriptions?

You’ll build onto your streak every time one of your subscriptions processes an order,  however you can only have one streak per account.
