I bought my product from a Retail store. How can I register it?Updated 2 months ago
If you’ve purchased your quip product from an authorized retail location, your packaging will include a claim code on a small green card.
This card can be found inside of your packaging. If you're unable to locate your claim code, please check inside and around the box, in case it was missed during unboxing.

If you’re not able to find your claim code or have already completed checkout and forgot to apply your claim code, please chat in so we can assist further. Make sure to provide proof of purchase with your email, such as a receipt.
You’ll be able to add your claim code on the “Order Summary” page by pasting it into the “Discount code or gift card” box. You will need to click the "Apply" button for the offer to be added to your order.
