Right Out Of The Box

Your brush will arrive in “ship” mode. To activate your brush, simply press the power button or snap the charging cable onto the upper handle while in stand, mirror mount, or lying flat, then plug into a power source. 

While your brush can be used immediately, we always recommend fully charging overnight for best results.

My brush is still not turning on...

No worries! Your brush may need a little juice to get started!

Follow these steps to get your brush ready to go:

1. Connect your brush to the Charging Cable and leave for several hours (preferably overnight). It won't look like it's charging -- but don't worry it is!
2. Next, press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
3. Finally, press the power button as normal and watch for the LED strip to flash on and get to brushin'
