Store orders begin to process for shipment within 1 hour from the time of purchase.To cancel a Store order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email to send us your request as this ensures the fastest response time.

We cannot make any edits to the contents of a Store Order once it has been placed.

We do our best to answer all cancellation requests as quickly as possible; however, due to our order volume and processing times, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order after it has been placed, even if contacted within these timeframes.
