My quip Ultra™ isn't turning on!Updated 3 days ago

No worries! Your brush may need a little juice to get started!

Follow these steps to get your quip Ultra™ ready to go:

1. Connect your brush to the Charging Cable and leave overnight (8 hours+). It won't look like it's charging -- but don't worry it is!
2. Next, press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds.
3. Wait 10 seconds 
4. Finally, press the power button as normal and watch for the LED strip to flash on and get to brushin'
