What do I do if I'm unable to sync my Smart Brush?Updated a month ago
You can “toggle” your brush to help sync any missing data. To do so, force close out of the quip App, reopen it, and turn your Smart Brush on for 5-10 seconds while in range of your phone.
If the app doesn’t start syncing automatically after you turn off the brush, you can click the manual sync button to help it along.
