360 Oscillating Toothbrush TroubleshootingUpdated 2 months ago
We’re so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your quip 360 Oscillating Toothbrush. Read on for some troubleshooting tips to get back to brushing ASAP!
Not powering on
Typically a full, uninterrupted 8+ hour charge is all that’s needed to get your brush up and running. We recommend charging and checking it again in the morning.
Heads up! Once plugged in to charge, your brush pulse orange only five times to indicate it's successfully charging, then will continue to charge incognito with no disruptive, flashing light!
My brush is powering on, but the 360 Brush Head is not oscillating/spinning
Make sure that your 360 Brush Head is fully connected. Next, clean and rinse your 360 Brush Head to help unclog any debris or toothpaste buildup
My pressure sensor isn’t working properly
Press the power button quickly three times to toggle the pressure sensor on/off
