All newly placed Store Orders process for shipment within an estimated 0-3 business day window - unless stated otherwise on our website or noted in your confirmation email.
Subscription orders generate automatically every 3 months from the date when you purchased your subscription. You will receive a reminder email at least three days before your next subscription order is set to populate should you wish to log in and make any last minute changes.
You can expect to receive your subscription order within an estimated 14 business days after you receive your shipping notification email. (Business days include Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays).
We will not be able to make any changes to your order once it has started to process for shipment.

If you do not receive an expected order, please chat in with the shipping address associated with your order within 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, we can no longer assist with a reshipment or refund.
