How can I submit a Warranty Claim?Updated 2 months ago
If you are still experiencing trouble with a registered* quip product, after attempting any provided troubleshooting steps, you can submit a warranty claim directly from your quip account by following the following steps:
- Visit your “Account Dashboard” and click on the order number associated with your product *Make sure to jot this number down for an upcoming step!
- Click the green “Start a return” button, or simply click here
- Enter your order number, including the “#” and zip code associated with your delivery - example: Order Number: #Q1234567 Zip Code: 10001
- Select the product you are submitting the claim for
- Upload a photo of any physical damage you can see, along with your products Lot Code/Serial Number
- Describe the issue you are experiencing with your product
- View your request summary and submit!
Return instructions will be provided in event your product needs to be sent to us for testing purposes
