To update a subscription address:
- Click the green “Manage Subscriptions” button on your Account Dashboard
- Click on “Address and Payment Details”
- Click on “Manage Addresses”. A list of addresses associated with all current subscriptions will be displayed.
- To add a new address, click “Add a new Address”
- To update an existing address, click on the pencil icon
- To remove an existing address, click “Remove”
Make sure that the checkbox is set to your preferred choice. Selecting “Use this address for all my products” will automatically update ALL current subscriptions to ship to the same address.
To update your default address for future Store* orders:
- Visit your Account Dashboard
- Click “Address Book” or “View Addresses”
- Edit, remove or add a new address
- Don’t forget to save your changes!
*Updating your default address will not update an address for a subscription. To update an address for a subscription, please follow the earlier steps above.
If you need help with updating your address for Shop Pay, please visit their help page. Your Shop Pay address will default to the last address used, so make sure to always double check before checking out!
