We’re so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your quip Refillable Floss String.
If your floss bobbin is stuck inside and won’t come out
Remove the dispensing head and gently pull out all remaining floss in the refill. The subscription will collapse and become easier to pull out using two green notches located at the top.
If your floss canister isn’t clicking open
Firmly press down on the middle white portion to open the canister and the top will pop up. If it’s not clicking open, please do not use any tools or excessive pressure to force it open.
If your dispensing head isn’t reattaching
Insert the dispensing head into the canister and use your thumb to press it down firmly until you hear a heavy click.
If the dispenser head is not attaching, release it, and press it down again until you hear a heavy click.
