What if my tracking has stopped updating? (International)Updated 2 months ago

The tracking information we provide often won't update past the point of departure from the US since your shipment will be transferred to your local postal service for final delivery.

If you haven't received your order in 20 business days from the day it was shipped, we would recommend contacting your local post or customs office as the package will likely be held there for you to pick up or claim.

With new policy updates, Value-Add Tax (VAT) will be charged on all orders to the EU, regardless of value. quip is not responsible for any extra charges to be collected by customs upon delivery.
