Quip NYC Inc. (“quip”) offers a limited warranty for quip-branded toothbrushes, mouthwash dispensers, gum dispensers, water flossers and floss picks and strings. Coverage duration will be dependent on the specific product purchased.
2-year warranty

1-year warranty

- quip Floss String Dispenser
- quip Water Flosser
- quip Refillable Gum/Mint Dispenser
- quip Refillable Mouthwash
90-day warranty
- quip Sonic Brush Head
- quip 360 Brush Head
- quip Ultra Brush Pod
- quip Water Flosser Tip
quip warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the products above will be free from manufacturing defects for either 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years from date of purchase. Quip will replace a defective product or part(s) covered by it's specified warranty window, or will refund the purchase price of the product in the event quip is unable to provide a replacement.
If you ever encounter an issue with your quip product, please follow the steps in our troubleshooting guide, listed below under each product type, as most issues can be solved with a quick home fix.
You may be asked to submit photos of your item, or send back items for testing in accordance with instructions we will provide. If we request that you submit photos of your item or return the items and we do not receive these, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.
If you experience any issues with a recently delivered refill order or consumable items (quip Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Gum or Mints, please be sure to reach out within 30 days of delivery, as we are unable to assist with replacements for shipments received after this time.
